How To Order\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

BRANCHES, ladies\u2019\u00a0 auxiliaries,<\/em><\/strong> ZONES, DISTRICTS AND\u00a0 COMMANDS <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Legion Supply\u00a0 Department accepts direct orders from Branches, Ladies\u2019 Auxiliaries, Districts,\u00a0 Zones and Provincial Commands for Regalia and General Supply items (shown in the Legion Supply Branch Catalogue). Orders can be sent by a variety of methods: mail, fax, e-mail or telephone (toll free). See contact details below.<\/p>\n

Invoices will be included with the shipments. Branches, Ladies\u2019 Auxiliaries, Districts, Zones and Provincial Commands are responsible to pay the invoices as soon as the goods have been received.<\/p>\n

POPPY MATERIALS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All Poppy material\u00a0 orders will continue to be processed by Provincial Commands. Dominion Command will not accept any Poppy material orders directly from branches.<\/p>\n

HONOURS AND AWARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All applications for MSM, MSA,\u00a0 Palm Leaf and Life Membership will continue to be processed through your Provincial Command.\u00a0Orders for Past Service (medals, bar and pins) will be accepted from Branches.<\/p>\n

CUSTOM ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any order which requires personalisation such as completed certificates, nameplates, nametags, charters etc. must be forwarded in writing to ensure that all information is correct. Fax, e-mail and mail can be used to provide the required information.<\/p>\n

Branches will be invoiced for the cost of the items ordered plus shipping and applicable taxes.<\/p>\n

Returns & Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n

All merchandise from Legion Supply is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Within 90 days of your purchase, you may return any product you are not satisfied with, excluding\u00a0 customized or personalized merchandise. If you wish to return something, please call our toll-free number for instructions. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p>\n
